Getting Started

How do I create my first profile?

Download the AtlasLinq app, sign up, and tap the "+" button on the home screen to create your first digital business card profile.

Do recipients need to install the app?

No, and on most paths they do not need a connection either. An NFC tap to an Android phone, a QR scan, AirDrop, or Quick Share saves your contact straight into their address book with nothing installed and nothing online, the same as handing over a paper card. An iPhone receiving an NFC tap, or anyone opening your web link, sees your card in the browser instead, where one tap saves it.

Which devices support NFC sharing?

The AtlasLinq app is currently Android (iOS coming soon), and phone-to-phone NFC tap sharing works between Android phones with NFC enabled. Anyone can receive your card on any phone. IPhone included. By scanning your QR code, opening your link, or tapping an NFC tag you have written.

Sharing & NFC

How do I share my card via NFC?

Open the app, go to your profile, and tap the NFC share button. Hold the back of your phone near the recipient's phone until the card transfers.

How do I share via QR code?

Open the app and tap the QR code icon on your profile. The recipient can scan it with their phone camera, with no QR reader app needed.

Can I share multiple profiles?

Yes. The Essential plan includes 1 profile and Pro includes 3. Enterprise members also get a company-managed Business profile, for 4 in total. Switch between profiles in the app and share any one of them.

Account & Privacy

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days per our privacy policy.

Where is my data stored?

AtlasLinq uses a local-first architecture: your data lives on your device first. Optional cloud sync uses Firebase (Google Cloud). See our Privacy Policy for details on storage, retention, and international transfers.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings → Privacy → Export My Data in the app. You'll receive a copy of all your profile data and connection history.

Subscription & Billing

What's included in the free plan?

The Essential plan (free) includes 1 profile, NFC sharing, QR code sharing, web link sharing, and basic analytics with 90 days of history.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Go to Google Play → Subscriptions → AtlasLinq → Cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions bought in the app are covered by Google Play's refund process, which is the fastest route for a recent charge. For anything Play cannot handle, or for add-on purchases made on our website, email support@atlaslinq.com and we will review your request individually. Our full refund terms are in the Terms of Service.

Teams & Enterprise

How do I create a team and invite members?

On an Enterprise plan, open the app and go to Settings → Team. Create your team by entering a team name and company slug, then invite up to 2 members by email on the base plan. Invited members receive access automatically when they sign in, and more seats can be added as an add-on.

What does the admin dashboard include?

Enterprise admins get a web-based dashboard at atlaslinq.com/dashboard. It includes team management (invite/remove members), company card template configuration, team-wide analytics, and a leads list showing visitor contacts captured from all team member share pages.

How do company cards and member cards work?

When you create an Enterprise team with a company slug (e.g. "yourco"), AtlasLinq generates a company directory at atlaslinq.com/share/yourco and individual branded cards for each member at atlaslinq.com/share/yourco/membername. Company branding: logo, colors, and locked fields. Is controlled by the admin.

Do team members need their own subscription?

No. Team members invited by an Enterprise admin receive a fully provisioned account with Pro-level access for free, including a company Business profile, unlimited NFC writes, unlimited OCR scanning, and advanced analytics, with no separate purchase required.

What are Object Cards?

Object Cards are digital cards for physical things rather than people: restaurant tables, property listings, hotel rooms, equipment, and more. Enterprise admins create them from the web dashboard and attach each one to an object with a QR code or NFC tag, so visitors can pull up a menu, manual, booking page, or reviews. Every Enterprise plan includes 3 object cards, with additional cards billed per card per month at your market's local rate.

Who on my team can see what?

Dashboard access uses three roles. Viewers can read analytics and leads but change nothing, managers handle day-to-day team operations, and only the account owner can assign roles, manage billing, or read the audit log. Every role change, invite, removal, and seat purchase is recorded.
