How to Create a Branded Company Card Directory at /share/yourcompany
A company card directory gives your whole organization a single, branded home for digital business cards: one link that lists every team member's card, all matching your brand. With AtlasLinq's Enterprise plan, that directory lives at atlaslinq.com/share/yourcompany. This guide explains how it works and how to set it up properly.
What a Company Directory Is
When you create an Enterprise team with a company slug — say "acme" — AtlasLinq generates two things:
- A company directory at
atlaslinq.com/share/acmethat lists your members - An individual branded card for each member at
atlaslinq.com/share/acme/membername
Instead of every employee maintaining a disconnected personal card, the directory ties them together under one consistent, recognizable brand — and gives you one URL to share for the entire company.
Step 1: Choose Your Company Slug
The slug is the public address of your directory, so choose it deliberately — short, recognizable, and ideally matching your brand name. You set it when you create the team under Settings → Team. A slug of "acme" produces atlaslinq.com/share/acme. Treat it like a domain: it's what you'll print and link to everywhere.
Step 2: Configure Brand Consistency
From the admin dashboard at atlaslinq.com/dashboard, set up the company card template that every member card inherits:
- Logo — your company logo appears on each member's card
- Colors — brand colors applied consistently across the directory
- Locked fields — values members can't edit, such as the company name and website, so every card stays accurate and on-brand
Locked fields are the key to consistency: members fill in their own name, title, phone, and email, but the shared brand elements stay fixed across the whole directory.
Step 3: Add Members to the Directory
Invite members by email from the Team section. As each person signs in and becomes active, their branded card is published at atlaslinq.com/share/yourcompany/membername and appears in the directory. For larger teams, group people into departments so the directory stays organized.
Step 4: Share the Directory
Now put your one link to work. A company directory is far more powerful than scattered individual cards because every placement points to the whole team:
| Where to place it | Benefit |
|---|---|
| Company website footer | Visitors browse straight to the right contact |
| Email signatures | Every email links to the full team directory |
| Printed materials and booths | One QR code for the whole company |
| Social media bios | A single, branded link in lieu of one personal profile |
Why This Beats Individual Cards
A directory gives you brand control (no off-brand or outdated cards floating around), a single shareable link, easy onboarding (a new hire's card appears the moment they're active), and centralized analytics and lead capture across every member. When someone leaves the contact form on any member's card, that lead flows into the admin dashboard's leads list — so the whole company's inbound contacts land in one place.
